CNC router — maximum sheet size
2440 × 1220 mm

This capacity applies to the CNC router only. Laser engraving areas are different and are listed in the laser section.

Laser engraving & marking

Two machines. Three laser sources.

We run an xTool F2 Ultra carrying two laser sources - a 60 W MOPA fibre for metal and industrial marking and a 40 W diode for timber, board and general engraving - alongside a separate F2 Ultra UV for glass, crystal and fine-detail work across a wide range of materials. Each has its own processing area, so the right source is matched to the part.

F2 Ultra · MOPA + Diode

Metal, Industrial & General Engraving

xTool F2 Ultra · 60 W MOPA fibre laser and 40 W diode laser - two laser sources in one machine, each suited to different materials.

Standard processing / engraving area
220 × 220 mm
With conveyor
up to 220 × 500 mm

The 220 × 500 mm figure is achieved with the conveyor. It is not a fixed bed size.

60 W MOPA fibre

Material suitability and finish vary by substrate and surface treatment, and this list is a guide rather than a guarantee for every formulation, coating or finish. Low-heat processing makes this the right system for parts that would be damaged or discoloured by a fibre laser - ask us to confirm for your part.

Processing / engraving area describes the field the laser can mark within - not a maximum part size. Larger or unusual parts may sometimes be accommodated depending on geometry and engraving position. Contact us to confirm suitability.
